Who will get it?

All current Bitcoin holders will automatically own Bitcoin Cash. The existing ledger at the time of the split is preserved, thus users retain any balances they had before the split.

How to not misplay this opportunity? :)

Do not hold Bitcoins on exchange (mostly of them do not support BCH split). At least, a wallet on your local computer (own your private keys).
