The resistance at $4000 is proving to be unbreakable.
The volume is up and is bullish but $4000 is too strong.
Bitcoin is on its second bull flag formation. Hopefully there will be a third which will push Bitcoin through the $4000 level.
Let's hope that STEEM follows Bitcoin up and goes through the $0.40. It would be great to see STEEM over $1.00 again.
