Hi Steemians,
I'm in the middle of having a terrible customer experience with a company named Bitcoinware.net. I purchased a Trezor from them on the first of September because I could pay in Canadian from my bank account. They accepted my interac transfer, gave me an order number, and I haven't heard from them since. Almost 4 weeks, no tracking information, no response to my emails, no Trezor.
Has anybody had a similar experience with this company? Did your gear show up?
Buyer beware with this company - their customers service is THE WORST!
