Hey, good article. I know they were denied a year ago and this was the appeal denial. I personally wrote SEC a letter asking them to consider approving CBOE's application which could still happen. I think BTC will weather this bit of FUD nicely as the SEC is not going to stop institutional money from flowing all together and eventually they'll come to the dance and then we'll be dancing!
