Attack Cryptojacking Sped up to 8.500 Percent

The phenomenon of digital money that is currently growing rapidly has been fishing the type of new crime, namely cryptojacking.

Cryptojacking is when criminals cyber wear virus to search for (mine) digital money by using the victim.

"This type of cyber crime is increasing as much as 8.500 percent," said Andris Masengi, Country Manager Symantec Indonesia on Friday.

David Rajoo as the Director of System Engineering-Malaysia and Indonesia said, cryptojacking indeed relatively new in Asia.
In its action, criminal cyber attack users individually, especially those that work in the company with the power of a large computer, and don't understand cryptojacking.

This action done by way of trapping users to open a site that has been seized with a virus cryptojacking through the device.

When the site was opened, it will appear a pop-up menu which if not closed can be a path of exploitation to the device of the victim and used as a bitcoin miner.
