I am more interested in figuring out whether or not the blockchain woud be decentralized and allow Dapps to be built on top of it. If it is open for Developers, this could mean a whole new chapter for India. Developers including myself would love to create apps on top of it.
India's overseas development talent might eye India which is right now completely targeting overseas opportunities.
