The Pestana CR7 Hotel "M Avenue" in Marrakech will have 174 rooms and two restaurants, a business center and a spa, according to foreign media reports.
"M Avenue", whose launch is planned for the end of 2019, is a new "garden avenue", located in the heart of Marrakech. This unique real estate development project, adjacent to the Four Seasons Resort Marrakech, will see the creation of a new downtown area that will revitalize Marrakech and offer an innovative combination of properties, including Four Seasons private residences, the Pestana CR7, boutique , restaurants, cafes, offices, art galleries and exhibition venues.
