Very well written and thoughtful post. I enjoyed it. I do believe we are at the beginning of the next revolution in how we do almost everything, but the steemit audience if obviously going to be more crypto optimistic than a random sampling of people on the street.
I am sure as the speculation grown we will see more and more big swings in both directions, but I believe we are past the point of no return when it comes to blockchain. There are already too many functional products and real world use cases. Not to mention all of the billions of dollars invested by true believers (many of which are geniuses).
Our kids and grandkids will read about these times in history books and wonder how we ever did anything at all.
