I always told my readers - get accounts on exchanges even if you won't use them right now.

Top Binance Raises

Since its not an expensive coin if you move volumes this is pretty much free money 500 satoshi per coin if timed right and ETH network is not slow right now. Maybe while im posting this the opportunity is still running (im making few words here and there waiting for coins to come in-between).

I will make a WINGS tutorial one day explaining how to get other ETH tokens by using it.

Exchanges to Get On

Pretty much get as many as you can but this ones i never had problems withdrawing nice amounts from:

• CoinExchange - many ETH tokens and anon coins like ZEC XZC EXCL
• Binance - the obvious top vol exchange, has STEEM
• HitBTC - adds ETH ICOs really fast, has SBD
• COSS - many deals on ETH tokens for arbitrages
• Cryptopia - im not a fan but they have some decent coins that others dont have and nice volumes
• OpenLedger - decentralized exchange build on BTS, the older brother of STEEM
• LiveCoin - some less known coins and also PPY the brother of STEEM and BTS
• BitMEX - top place for fast leverage action on happenings with NEO BTC LTC ETH ZEC and more
• SimpleFX - has loads of cryptos but its pretty much anon forex place for trading stocks and commodities
• Wex - great place for PPC LTC NVC and other coins, used to be top1 for LTC before feds get on them
