As bitcoin hits a new all time high, and it begs the question... Will it stick or drop?

Today the price of bitcoin has hit an all time high of $5200 and I'm wondering if it will keep going up. A few weeks ago when the price dropped below $3500 as a result of the Chinese Ban which led to dumping of the cryptocurrency.

At the time of posting this the BTC Price has dropped to $5140.00 on Kraken
