The cryptocurrency mining marketplace NiceHash has been hacked, its team said in a newly released statement.
Posting on social media, NiceHash stated that "there was a safety breach involving NiceHash internet site" ensuing in a loss of budget. NiceHash, formed in 2014, serves as a marketplace for miners to rent out their hash charge to searching for what you offer.
The statement follows an hours-long outage and reports from a mess of users that their NiceHash-related wallets have been emptied. NiceHash formerly introduced that it changed into "under upkeep," a message that it had published to its official website as nicely.
