well one thing is without question, Japan is the world leader in cryptocurrency adoption. Quoine will most likely bring MUFG into its World Book. We may look back one day and see that this was the birth place of World wide cryptocurrency government and financial institution adoption as a legal asset.

Japan's largest bank MUFG will be launching it's own Cryptocurrency Exchange. Board director of QASH Masaaki Tanaka used to be Rep Director and Deputy President at MUFG.
I believe Korea will come around due to public demand, Australia New Zealand Indonesia Thailand and India IMO will all legalize its use in 2018 in some fashion.
