So, a brilliant little team of students piloted a project that received admiration from Porsche.
This little group, known as FAPSY, won 2nd place in the Porsche Innovation Contest.
In a nutshell they leveraged the IOTA distribution system (known as tangle) to have direct interface between the Porsche and the fueling station. What does that mean one may ask? Now every fill up is just that, a fill up, no more need to go pay the cashier or even pull out a wallet. The car automatically and autonomously processes the fill-up and pays for it.
