Wenatchee, WA bans "at home" Bitcoin mining for one-year... [NEWS][2018]

This is crazy news. I used to live in Wenatchee. They have an abundance of cheap electricity out there because of their proximity to the large hydroelectric dams on the Columbia River. It is actually the cheapest electricity in the world and many companies host their data farms out there as well as some corporate mining operations such as GigaWatt who went into business a couple years ago mining on a large scale. They have a property out there that they are building climate controlled mining sheds to host your miners. You can tour the facility if you are ever in the neighborhood. The CEO has been mining in Central WA as long as Bitcoin has been in existence. He used to work for Microsoft. They did an ICO of GigaWatt (WTT) tokens in 2017 where each token equals 1 Watt of electricity for you to use to power your own miner or you can rent out your tokens to existing miners needing power. The tokens are good for 50 years and still available on HitBTC
