Thats the only way to go in my own view. if ICOs can be legalised, I think it will be more easier to regularise them as well to reduce the sprouting numbers that are sprouting everyday. Some of these projects do not even need to be blockchain related but just because they know someone out there will buy in, they go the ICO way.
