ICOs peaked lately, and while some were a mere currency, others were actual projects or companies with plans to deliver products/services on the blockchain. Now there is one country that plans for its own ICO.
Estonia, a small country in Northern Europe, just floated the idea of potentially raising money by issuing a token called “estcoins“.
