Here are the steps & tips to make the balloon garland.
Step 1:
Creating the garland, it took about 80 balloons in various sizes.
Step 2:
Sticking on the foam print out pictures.
Step 3:
Putting on the final touches. I used about 20 additional balloons to add depth to the garland. I added LED blue lights along the arrangement. Of course two swords on the top. I should have added V.S on the red balloon.
The arrangement is about 1 feet in a half high and wide. I take orders in advance here in SF Bay Area. This arragement sold for $40.00
