This is their panicked look they get when they hear a bird of prey close by.
They freeze and stare, some honk loudly, and they will look catatonic until the crisis is over.
Thankfully we have many measures in place to protect from all predators. Of course our birds don't know this, so they always lose their minds temporarily until the offending animals move on.
