During the Blockchain Event in Singapore, Binance CEO Zhao Changpeng points that new fiat exchange in Singapore will soon be rolling out. According to his latest tweet, the new Singapore Fiat exchange is still in beta testing which shall end on Sept 18th. With this, the beta version of Fiat currency exchange will be available only for few users closed during the testing phase.
