First take the wheel bearings apart make shure you dont drop the bearings
you need to clean and check the wheel bearing bolts you can see mine are broken there bent,scratched and crushed, this stops the wheels spinning fast so i need new ones
You also need to clean in side the tube
When you put it all back together shure you put it back in order and then put some grees on top of everything if you do this right your wheels will spin faster
