I am used to travel in Berlin using the Metro, but today the Ticketing Machine just crashed in front of my eyes and I had to use the Metro without a ticket.
I ask myself why the Ticket Machines are the worst in Berlin.. They show Blackscreens, they won't accept Creditcards etc.
If foreigners are coming to Berlin, the Metro should be cleaner and Ticketing should work..
