Hello beer tasters!
It is still hot in this part of Europe, which is unusual at this time. I was in Vienna this week, and after a hard day's work, a glass of cold beer is the right choice. Me and my colleague stopped at Bukowski Pub, a nightclub with good music and a good selection of beers.
Because a colleague prefers weissbier beer style, we tried Franziskaner.
Franziskaner Weissbier
Brewed by Spaten-Franziskanen-Brau, Munich, Germany. Bottle 0.5 l, unfiltered, alcohol 5% ABV.
The beer is a cloudy orange color, the foam very thick with very small bubbles. The taste after a few sips is sweeter than bitter with a distinct fruity aroma, I think it's banana and maybe some caramel. Very good combination. For the weissbier very drinkable and refreshing.
Bavarian classics. I only regret that I didn't order another one :)
