Desde "Beer Corner" mi bar de cerveza artesana de referencia en mi ciudad (Zaragoza, España) os traigo hoy para el #beersaturday una nueva cerveza de estos chicos de Manchester. Track es una cervecera que ha crecido exponencialmente en el mundo del craft beer. En poco años se han consolidado en la élite de las cerveceras del Reino Unido, y eso es mucho decir. En una ciudad como Manchester con tanta oferta cervecera, han conseguido que su fábrica sea centro de peregrinación. Y eso que está justo en frente de los todo poderosos Cloudwater. Simplemente cruzando la calle encuentras dos de las mejores marcas de cerveza de toda Europa. Una excursión muy recomendable si amas este delicioso brebaje que es la cerveza.

Cuando pensaba que ya había probado todas las Track que habían venido en el último lote, empecé a rebuscar en la nevera de Beer Corner y al final de ella encontré esta maravilla que se me había escapado. Así que... no tuve más remedio.
La cerveza es realmente fácil de beber. Combinación de lúpulo cítrico y resinoso con otros más afrutados, para una IPA de corte moderno. Sin apenas amargor pero muy sabrosa. Ideal para iniciarse en el estilo.
En mi opinión, le falta un poco de cuerpo, pero como ya he comentado en alguna ocasión, Track adquiere el nivel de dioses de la cerveza en sus IPA de alta graduación.

In just a few years they have established themselves among the elite of the United Kingdom's breweries, and that is saying a lot. In a city like Manchester with so much beer on offer, they have managed to make their factory a center of pilgrimage. And that's right in front of the all-powerful Cloudwater. Simply across the street you will find two of the best beer brands in all of Europe. A highly recommended excursion if you love this delicious concoction that is beer.

When I thought I had already tried all the Track that had come in the last batch, I started searching in the Beer Corner refrigerator and at the end of it I found this wonder that I had missed. So... I had no choice.
The beer is really easy to drink. Combination of citrus and resinous hops with more fruity hops, for a modern IPA. Hardly bitter but very tasty. Ideal to get started in style.
In my opinion, it lacks a little body, but as I have already mentioned on occasion, Track reaches the level of beer gods in its high-proof IPAs.
