There is such a thing as "too sweet". Lizard of Koz is one that my beer nerd friends and I try to sneak into each other's house and leave it there. It's really bad. And I don't think age is going to ever save that beer. I gave it 1/5 on Untappd and if I had an open bottle and was parched, I would pour the beer out, rinse the bottle, melt the bottle to molten glass, and drink that before I'd have another sip of the beer.
Okay, that may be a bit harsh, but it's not a pleasant beer.
