New England IPA Recipe: Amarillo Citra and Cascade

Heres that ultra juice NEIPA loaded with amarillo, cascade, and citra. 0 boil additions. You can smell this one across the house and it tastes like a pineapple mango grapefruit smoothie. The foam is straight whipped cream, definitely one of my favorite batches so far! #brewersponsoreddoping #whatjuicebro?

While its not brewed exactly to style based on the info out there about NEIPAs currently, it turned out very well and had exactly the characteristics your looking for in a NEIPA.

Heres the specs:

-Reverse osmosis water
-Adjusted water profile and PH with: 4.9g Gypsum, 6.1g Epsom, 3.6g Calcium Chloride
-9ml Lactic acid at 88% concentration
-13.5 Briess 2-row pale malt 100%
-5oz citra, 1oz cascade at flamout
-Dryhop #1 = 2oz citra, 1oz cascade
-Dryhop #2 = 3oz citra, 1oz cascade, 1oz amarillo

Fermented with London Ale III yeast

Thanks for checking it out! Feel free to ask me questions, I'd be happy to discuss anything brewing!
