What the Duck Five Spice Gose!
Our friends at CAUTION Brewery Co. collaborated with us after we were craving something a little different. This delicate brew is a classic kettle sour Gose complete with with lactobacillus, a fully roasted Peking duck, and traditional Chinese Five Spice; fennel, star anise, peppercorn, clove, and cinnamon.
