Today I will be reviewing NYX Matte Liquid Liner in the shade Black Noir(MLL01).
This is one of my recent purchases from NYX. I got mine from USA, because NYX products are cheaper there. Here, in India, its available online on nykaa.com , amazon.in , flipkart.com( but I have trust issues with flipkart. Prices of these products are insanely high on this website, I wonder what are they selling). This is great as now we have an easy access to these high end brands. I was looking for a nice — not so matte — not so glossy — kinda liner which stays on forever and is easy to use, and I found this one quite interesting. So, let’s talk about this in detail.

As you can see in the photos, this comes in a sleek and sexy black box, which I like a lot. The product bottle is also quite slim, Jet black, and seems like a pen but the applicator is not a pen tip, it has a traditional wand applicator. The applicator wand is quite long, which in my view is easy to apply.
It is light, handy, easy to travel with.
The packaging is quite classy.

Detailed Review:
The long applicator wand is easy to deal with. You can get a perfectly thin line of this black liner on your eyes in one stroke and work up your way if you want it to be more thick /curvy/winged.
Its matte, but the finishing is definitely not dull, its not that shiny either. Its just correct for dry/oily eyelids.Glossy/ shiny liners tend to look bad on hot and humid days especially on people with oily skin.But this is quite nice in that context.I actually got complimented when I was wearing this.
Its quite long lasting, smudge proof and water proof. You can wear it while swimming as well.You can wear comfortably up to 12 long hours and even if you rub your eyes a lot like me, then also it doesn’t smudge (P.S.-Might get faded a little bit around the inner corners of the eyes after 6–7 hours only if your wearing a very thin line). It was a huge plus for me as I always end up rubbing my eyes and look like a clown in the middle of the day, wasting all the time and effort I put in applying and winging it :p .
It dries up very quickly within seconds of applying (5–10 seconds). It is easy to remove with a makeup remover/cleansing milk but hard to remove with soap and water.
All in all , must buy if you can spare that money , its worth the investment and for the ❤ of beautiful eyes :) .

Pros:
· Perfect for any kind of skin type/ weather.
· Highly pigmented.
· Long lasting(stays up to 12 long hours).
· Water proof.
· Smudge Proof(Rub-proof as well :p ).
· Classic Packaging,easy to carry.
· Easy application.
· Easy to take off with makeup remover and cleansing milk.
Cons:
· Quantity is a bit less for this price.
· You need to make sure that while applying or after applying you close the bottle quickly,else it might dry up .
· Due to its water proof formulation , its difficult to remove with Soap+Water. You need to rub for few seconds to wash it off .
