In the pictures below, the water droplets that appear on the marginal grooves of leaves are not dew. Rather, these are the internal chemicals of plants that are released in a process called guttation.
Plants dissipate through letter paper. And the papers are closed in the night.

At the same time, the plant's primary circulatory process enters the water and it presses the tissues upward. If the amount of pressure is high enough, the excess water of the leaf gets deposited in the form of blisters through the leaves of the grooves etc. This process is called agitation.
