ANXIETY DISORDER

Based from a true story. A girl who is physically healthy but mentally ill. It must have been 4 years since she had an attack a panic attack. With this kind of situation I was being with her and bear all her burden because she was my friend and I am willing to help her.
Anxiety is not a disease or your gone crazy. Its how your brain deliberately thinks in advance. I know she will be okay, she should be. The symptoms that usually triggers are chills, uneasy/discomfort, palpitations, cold sweat, worrying and fears.

Just like this image above, you see there standing alone in front of everybody. Been so distant from the others. And maybe either need someone to be with under the heat of the sun.

It takes a couple of minutes for me to decide if i posted it or not. I do have a groups which is Anxiety and Panic Attacks. And if you know someone who had/have a situation like this...just tell them;
"Your faith is greater than your fear so back off"
Give me some sunshine, give me some rain (Aamir Khan)
In every rain there always been a RAINBOW.
