May I apply for a loan? My proposition is 240 STEEM return in 13 weeks for 140SBD right now. I say 13 weeks because as you can see by going to my profile, I have 250+ SP and want to change that to STEEM now, but can't until I wait the 13 week period. It's all right there, I just need it now. May I apply?
