Bagels with dry onion chips

Ingredients:

1 kg of flour,

2 tablespoons dry yeast,

3 tablespoons light brown sugar (Demerara)

1 tablespoon salt,

3 cups (a glass of 200 ml) water,

1/2 cup oil,

1 tablespoon dry onion chips

Water pot:

2 tablespoons sugar dumara, or silan

1 teaspoon baking soda powder,

To brush:

1 egg + 1 tablespoon of water,

For decoration:

Sesame, Sesame, Poppy, Chips of dry onion

How to prepare the dough:

In a bowl to put sugar + yeast + glass of water and give rest 15 minutes,

Add the rest of the ingredients and knead for a nice dough and not too soft, cover and bloat half an hour,

Knead again and bloat 20 minutes,

Divide into 16 balls, a little flour, give rest 10 minutes,

In each ball make a hole in the middle, and flatten a little, (or roll, roll to roll and extend, and cross to 2 and roll as a screw and close to a ring)

Swell 10 minutes.

Boil a pot with water + sugar or silan,

Add when boiling soda to drink,

Put in a boiling water for a few seconds,

And with a perforated spoon,

Lay in a baking pan with baking paper,

Apply a beaten egg + a tablespoon of water

Dissolve over what you want a whole poppy seed, sesame seeds of different colors

Bake in a hot oven 200 degrees for about 30 minutes,

Cool on network.

Fried onion chips or not (I put half and half)
