In 2014 I decided that I wanted to become a helicopter pilot, so I did just that. Three years later I am a commercial helicopter pilot with an expired CFI certificate and going back to school to start a career in fixed wing aircraft (airplanes). You may wonder why I got away from aviation and to that, I would say, there were things I needed to pursue before starting a career. Having said that, you can look forward to more aviation posts in the future, posts that will be informative to pilots, as well as interesting to all people who love aviation. Having gone away from flying for a short period of time I realize what a privilege it is to sail through the skies and look forward to sharing that experience with all STEEMIT friends!

Off airport for a restroom break most likely.
flying up a valley over a ridge line, the winds can be a bit squirrelly here, especially if you are on the leeward side of the mountains or hills.
