Hello everyone!
This my drawing entry for @kennik 's Draw me an Avatar Contest #1
The Step-by-Step Process
Draw an oval or a upside down egg.
Set some guideline lines: one central vertical line, horizontal line on the eyes part and another horizontal line on the mouth part.
Draw two shaded circles that will serve as your eyes.
Add some emphasis and other details like eyelids, eyebrow, and lips.
Draw the hair of your choice.
Add the neck part and some minor details like the upper shirt part.
Darken the lines of your drawing. I used Pentel Energize 0.5
Gently erase those guideline lines
Darken and shaded the hair part using Mongol Pencil in a slanting way.
Added those @kennik 's signature beard.
Then I added some enhancement with the use of Adobe Lightroom effects.
And Viola!!! Say hi to my avatar drawing: Mr. @kennik !
