My #aswcontest entry is sharing original photos taken with my iPhone, enhanced and converted in B/W. These photos were taken while "birddogging" for abandoned properties located in Houston, Texas. (Property Searching for Investments and Investors) The property is located in an urban residential neighborhood. The Abandoned Shit was approximately 3,000 - 4,000 sq ft and was a corner cul-de-sac, in my opinion. It sat on a corner and consisted of all 4 corners (front, back, left side, right side, and angled. The acreage was approximately 4 - 5 acres within the boundaries of the fence. The owner also, owned a lot directly behind the house on the other side of the fence, which was approximately 3 acres. There were many large trees and landscaping. It had a very nice shady setting around the circumference of the house. I felt it would be an excellent investment for renovation.
The subject matter and to the point, is the ending to this was not knowing the cause of the Abandonment until 2 weeks later by an informant. Which was, the previous owner was found deceased inside the house after about a month of the demise. It was not stated how or why?
