Ruins from the Malam Jabba Hotel destroyed in military aggression. January 2011, Pakistan.

Malam Jabba is the station station in Karakoram mountain range. This is the only ski resort in Pakistan. In this area there are two Buddhist stops and six minerals scattered in the resort. The presence of monuments at this height indicates that this area has been inhabited for more than 2000 years.

There are two tracking trails near the Alam Juba Bay Resort. The first goes through the Ghorband Valley and Shangla Town and starts about 18 kilometers from the resort. The second way passes through the Sabonev valley and is about 17 kilometers from its resort.

At the end of June 2008, Malam Jabba Ski Resort was fired and destroyed after more than a year's closure. Residents said that a large part of the resort was reduced and rocket was also damaged by the militants, and gave a tower a chance to belong to the biological sector. The Pakistani government long ago left the resort to overcome the administration and security of the Valley and to leave its employees there. It was due to the war in the valley of Swat between security forces and Taliban commanders (which was near near FATA and near Afghanistan). The Pakistani government has accepted a Taliban attack in Swat valley.
