This world is a closed system. It is not the same thing as the planets, and we cannot reach them, because we cannot leave. We have never left the ground further than a balloon can go. And if we start destroying one another, this is what we'll have to live in. Do you want that? Are you so arrogant as to believe you can go elsewhere? Are you so worthless that you believe we are not Special? Have you read the research that leads to those thoughts and assumptions? They are based on the colors of lights in the sky. Nothing. The basic idea of entropy is that things get less organized and more homogenized. Individual pieces of a cell do not work on their own, and do not constitute life. DNA is not enough to pull that off. That means ... the basic unit of life, the cell, HAD to have suddenly popped into being, fully designed and - until we started fucking with it - perfect.
