ရွင္းျပဖို႔ မလိုအပ္တဲ့ အေျခအေနေတြဆိုရင္
မဟုတ္မမွန္တဲ့ သတင္းစကားေတြကို ေထာက္ျပေျပာဆိုရင္း
အခ်ိန္ျဖဳန္းဖို႔ မလိုပါဘူး။
ရန္သူဆိုတာ သင္ စိတ္ထိခိုက္တာကို ျမင္ၿပီး ဝမ္းသာေက်နပ္ေနတာပါ။
အဲဒါဟာ သူ႔ရဲ႕ အမွန္တကယ္ လိုလားခ်က္ျဖစ္ပါတယ္။
သင္က သူလိုလားသလို မျဖစ္ရင္ သူ႔ရဲ႕ ေျပာဆိုမႈေတြဟာ
ကၽြဲပါး ေစာင္းတီးျဖစ္သြားမွာပါ။

ကိုယ့္ကိုပစ္ေပါက္မယ့္ ႐ႊံ႕ၫြန္ေတြကို ဥေပကၡာျပဳကာ
အျပစ္ကင္းၿပီး ျမင့္ျမတ္တဲ့ ဘဝမ်ိဳးနဲ႔
ႀကိဳးစားေနထိုင္သင့္ပါတယ္။ ႏွင္းဆီပန္းေတြအစား
႐ႊံ႕ၫြံေတြနဲ႔ ပစ္ေပါက္ခံရမယ္လို႔ တြက္ဆထားသင့္တယ္။
ဒါဆိုရင္ စိတ္အေႏွာင့္အယွက္ေတြ ျဖစ္ေတာ့မွာမဟုတ္ပါဘူး။

Like lotuses we should try to lead a blameless,
noble life disregarding the mud that may be thrown at us.
We should expect mud to be thrown at us instead of roses.
Then there will be no disappointments.
