I am going to do a tutorial on how to work with Alcohol Ink, it is super fun and easy.
Here are some of the things you will need other then the alcohol ink itself
You can use glass, tiles or yupo paper (I prefer tiles because they are the cheapest and easiest to work with in my opinion)

It is kind of pricey but works well.
This is the tile we we are going to work with they cost about 15 cents each.
First you want to clean the tile with some rubbing alcohol and then wipe it dry.
Everyone likes to apply the ink a little differently, some people like to work with each spot or color as they go but I like to apply all the different colors I am going use first and then I manipulate them. The good part is if you mess up or don’t like how it looks just add a little rubbing alcohol and you can wipe it all off.
Now that I have the color on the tile that I am going to use I start to add the rubbing alcohol to start manipulating the painting.
You will notice how the alcohol makes the color move away from where it drops down. Now it is time to use the q-tip paint brush paper towels or tooth brush to get the look you want.
If you spray the toothbrush over it this is the effect you will get.
It makes it looks like little dots all over the ink, it is a really neat effect especially when you do it over Indigo ink it makes it look like a galaxy.
While it is still slightly wet (it drys quick really quick) sometimes it is fun to dab it with a textured papertowl to get a nice effect.
Here is the tile that I was happy with so I stopped but you can work with them and play with them as much as you want. A lot of people like to use a straw to blow the ink around, I personally don’t like to do that because I feel like it sprays spit everywhere but it does give it a nice look.

When you are all finished you will want to spray it with a protective layer of spray paint or if you prefer you can coat it in resin
