Hi !!
I am from Morocco, and every year people celebrate Ashura on the tenth day of Muharram, which is the month of Hajri. Here people begin to prepare for what they need to celebrate
πΉSo how is this ceremony celebrated?
1- People buy nuts and desserts
They also buy play machines and toys for young children
Girls adorn their hands with henna inscriptions
2- The family meets to eat the famous Moroccan cousins ββ(couscous)!
3- The most enjoyable time is the family reunion in an atmosphere of popular music and popular songs
4- The people of each neighborhood ignite a fire similar to the fire camps gather around the people of the whole neighborhood, so the joy is greater
Unfortunately these habits are beginning to decline, until they are likely to disappear in the future
{I love to live like this. I feel my bent for a specific culture, and I welcome you to my country to explore these habits for yourselves }
