This isn't one of my normal challenges and is of a serious nature so I am looking for the best of the best to help me. I know steemit has a large number of exceptional artist and I need at least one of you.
Hanging my son's stocking this year and his new Christmas ornament. I realize that other than those items, memories and this box of his items we really don't have anything to immortalize him or bring joy in our loss.
Normally, I do a piece of art work for each child but I have not held a paintbrush since his passing. I haven't even been able to finish my 3 year old's painting that I started right before our loss. The loss of my son is hitting me extra hard this year as I look upon my new son.
His name was Roman Maximus. We named him after the Roman Empire and Maximus Decimus Meridius, the made up hero in “The Gladiator” one of our favorite movies.
This is me asking for help doing what this father just can't pull himself together to do, create an amazing piece of artwork to hang in our house for him and for us. Something that can help lift this inability to create I have. Help completing this task for me, helping fill a little more of the hole in I have.
I am sure one day I will be able to complete this task myself but for now, I am just stuck, unable to.
