Here I show the caps or brackets of the earrings, in this case are transparent rubber but there are steel.
In the picture below you can see the stick with the flat base to stick the flower fabric .. These materials can be found in jewelry.

We use our fabric that we like and we mark with a pencil, in my case use a coin but it is the size you like. The circles that we are marking are the petals of the flower. You can make the petals you want, I mark 8 which would be 4 for each flower.

Since the petals of the earrings are with their seam we must stick it to the base and let it dry very well for a few minutes.
