This portrait of well-known good friend I did on the day of her birth. So I called the "Happy Birthday Card".
I decided to compose the figure in the classic triangle. We worked with the model several sessions in the workshop. I wanted to convey the light and playful mood of the model. Also, secret symbols and signs was used in the picture, which are known only to the two of us.
First I made the cardboard (drawing in the amount of work on kraft paper using charcoal).
Then I translated the drawing to the surface. And in a random order, I applied a multi-colored texture.
After these simple procedures, I began to write a portrait directly.
