My art story!

Morning, STEEMers!

The past few days I've started gathering all of my previous drawings that I've made since I was in the 9th grade.

Sadly I wasn't able to find all of them. But still, looking at those that I did brought a lot of memories. I remember what I was thinking about while I was drawing, what I felt, even the smell that filled the room that I was drawing in.

So, I brought you all the drawings that I found. I hope you like them.
I categorized them by period and posted them in order of creation.

High school

It was a time when, for me, superheroes, first love, dragons and horses were always in my mind. Back then It was haaard to draw not because of external reasons but because of the way I was thinking. If the first 3 lines weren't perfect I just gave up saying "not in the mood" or "the mood's not right". Even if I managed to perfectly draw the first 3 lines I would still get bored during the process. That is why the drawings lack detail.

College

During this period I barely drew. But when I did, It was awesome. :))) I started being more patient, not thinking that I have to finish the drawing immediately. Brought detail and a smoother style of drawing. I never took drawing lessons so for me it was amazing to see the result, even if it wasn't perfect. Of course during this period I've drawn mostly women ( at least five drawings are missing because I gave them to the girls that were drawn in them).

Last two years

The last few years have been ... full. Hardly had time for anything. But still I managed to work a little and better myself. These are the best that I've ever done. Missing a few also, one or two, not many, gifts that I wasn't smart enough to take a picture of.

What I'm working on right now

The present. As you've seen in all of my drawings there is nothing complex. I decided a few days ago to draw something big. Something that keeps the eyes locked on for a few moments. It's just a sketch right now but you can understand the view. I'm trying to develop my own style.

Beside these drawings I've also had fun modeling and texturing in 3DS Max and drawing in Photoshop and Illustrator.
I enjoy sharing these pieces of my life with you STEEMers and I hope you like them.

What hobbies do you have? Tell me and if you can, post a picture.

Best regards,
Your fellow STEEMer,
Valentin

Take the time to be the best you can be!
