The Dilapidated City - 11

This time I'll tell you about the barracks near my house.
A whole quarter was built especially for the workers of the former Bristle-Fetlock factory (now Brush-Fetlock).

In the main this quarter is a one-story semi-detached house. This is the 1st lane of Brstleworkers.

Heating only furnace, water from a well and no wired internet. There is nothing here, probably because this area once wanted to resettle and build up high-rise buildings, but something went wrong and people still live in barracks.

2-nd lane of Bristleworkers.

There are also two-story houses. This quarter is surrounded by multi-story brick houses from all sides, it was logical to build it, too, but the authorities are not in a hurry to do so.

3rd ane of Bristleworkers.

In this house there was a fire a couple of years ago, but judging by the appearance people continue to live.

I like to walk in this path in the autumn. Well, you understand why: there are only birches!

And, finally, the most terrible house in the whole block.

It is terrible not only from the outside, but also inside.

See the doors in the wall? These are the doors from the inside, and outside there was a wall. These doors were in the storerooms, but the wall just fell out along with the trash this summer. The storerooms were removed, the walls were no more, but the doors remained. Look at the frame where the house from a different angle and everything will become clear.

But nothing lasts forever...and someday there will be a new five-story brick building. If only not a frame house, sheathed with siding...
