Wat Utthayarom is a beautiful temple in Mae Hong Son province, in the North of Thailand.
Wat Utthayarom is well-known among local people as Wat Jong Soong.
Jong means the building where lots of monks and Buddhist novice live in
The entrance of the temple has marvelous design which looks different from others.
The temple has three magnificent ancient pagodas with Burmese Shan style. The golden color looks outstanding, especially with the light of the sun.
It’s said that these pagodas were built over 100 years ago.
Besides, it’s believed that there are holy relics of the Lord Buddha inside one of these pagodas.
The two Singha with white body and golden head are awesome and look majestic.
The trees were beautifully trimmed into the shape of swan.
