Kimi no Suizou wo Tabetai (also known as I Want to Eat Your Pancreas) is a novel by Sumino Yoru, published by Futabasha in June 2015. A film adaptation from the novel is released on August 2017. An anime film adaptation will be released on 2018.
Despite its creepy name, Kimi no Suizou wo Tabetai is actually a sad story between I ,later revealed as Haruki Shiga, and Sakura Yamauchi during their highschool life. I found a book — with the title "Disease Coexistence Journal" — which belong to Sakura. Sakura is diagnosed with a pancreas cancer, leaving only a year to survive. After that meeting, this two people who never talked to each other begins to spend the girl's remaining time together.

Will be aired in 2018.
