This season I'm seeing a lot of surprises. Some series I've expected more of, and are so far just meh, and others which are like "wow, this is such a cool surprise". I'm gonna start with...
Overlord s02e01:
Ok, honestly? I was expecting something very different. I was expecting shit to be LIT AF. while in the episode, I found myself often confused in my old age's dementia - I couldn't remember half of it, for a while. I was expecting more action, a cliffhanger, etc... But, what was there, was actually not bad long-term: They've set up a very interesting plot, and we can basically expect an interesting season, tho I dunno if it'll be action packed. Tho, we did get a cliff-hanger :). anime premise: It's season 2. Sooo, you watched season 1... Right? Sooo... no need for premise? Jsut go read the "more info" thingy otherwise. Fuck, I could've just written the premise by now. *sighs*.

Devilman S02?e01-03(crybaby):
Ok, netflix anime? I dunno about that... I remember trying x-men wolverine and I passed on that shit. Devilman? I head it was kickass... I tried it. Eh. Ok, it's very fast paced. In fact, it's so fast paced, I didn't really get time to give a shit about the characters. They could all be wiped out and I'd be like "k". one-punch man style. What I liked was the blood, gore, violence, sex, and - rough/interesting drawing style it gets sometimes. Tho it doesn't really feel like a proper anime... You're kinda thrown into it and... Yeah... The premise: There are "demons" taking over people's bodies, and if you can resist, you gain the power, and your mind remains yours. There's a dude who resists, and becomes super powerful, doh. And that's his story - kicking ass, and chewing bubblegum. And also watching porn, lol, I loved that part in episode 3 I think it was? Where he's jsut watching porn full blast at school hahahahaha, fucking OTMOROZAK :).

Koi wa Ameagari no You ni S01E01:
Ok, I gotta say, this anime is boring as FUCK. and yet, I'm watching it. Oh, don't get me wrong, I'm fast-forwarding 80% of it. Like I do in many animes I watch(I can't stand useless yammering. Yes, some yammering is related, but a lot of it is just, to create atmosphere, fill in space and bla bla bla). So why am I watching it? Ok, it's about this high-school chick - who is into her manager at work, who is this divorced super nice, not typically attractive dude. Mind you, to me it just means she's into older dudes. But, this isn't a typical "girl fawns over oblivious guy" type of anime. No... I gotta say, I like this girl. she's taking action to go for what she wants, and she's not spineless, dumbwit. No... I gotta say... I like her, she's not a typical anime character in these types of situations.

Basilisk S02E01(Ouka Ninpouchou):
Ok. I watched basilisk season 1 ages ago, AGES ago, I didn't expect a season 2. But here it is anyway. And boy, I have high expectations from it. Some action straight up on episode 1, but, they're putting the plot in motion I am guessing - coz' season 1 was all murder and blood and cool fighting techniques, and I'm guessing they'd wanna replicate that. If you're wondering what this is all about: 2 clans of powerful ninjas, who are warring but not exactly, but kinda. This is like a prequel for season 1, and I'm guessing it'll show how the conflict between the two clans evolved, and awesome characters that died before the "period" of season 1.
