KAAA-MEEEE-HAAAA-MEEEE-HAAAAAAAA!!! Everyone thinks of one and the same character whenever they hear that shout and it is Goku from the longtime running anime show Dragon ball.
It started when the main character of the sequel Goku was a young and lively boy who is in quest of not only to be a strong martial artist but also to find the seven Dragonballs that can grant any single wish beyond imagination.
DragonballsThis action-packed sequel comes with versions these are Dragonball which is the first ever, Dragonball Z, Dragonball Z Kai which is a remake of the Dragonball Z, Dragonball GT who allegedly being deleted as part of the main story and lately Dragonball Super the latest and last aired months ago.
Characters

Let me start with my favorite character of all time. Goku a boy who grew up in the middle of the forest with his adopted grandfather Gohan who pass away before the whole saga started. He is the main protagonist and the strongest of all. Through the course of the saga, Goku has been through a lot of challenge in life. Being stronger than normal people and different cause he has a tail, Goku then trains hard to become the strongest martial artist not only on earth but in the whole universe. The last sequel shows that he even surpasses the strength of the Gods.
KRILLIN
Considerably Goku's best friend, they grew up together with the teachings and care of Master Roshior the turtle hermit a renowned martial artist in the Dragonball world and the master and creator of Kame technique. Krillin comes to Master Roshi to train and found Goku, as trainees they used to be not only best friends but a rival as well. Later in the story, Krillin married a former enemy Android 18 and also he is a part of the tournament of power along with his wife, I'm sorry Krillin but I need to tell them that you don't even stand a chance against your wife. Android 18 is way too strong than him, stronger than the next character I'll introduce to you.
PICCOLO
One of Goku's rival and soon become best friend. He is the one who took the responsibility to watch over Gohan when Goku dies for the first time. ( Yes! Goku died and came back to life several times, this is Dragonball universe) Piccolo is the other half of the earth's guardian named Kame. We all can see that he is different from the looks of the earthling cause like Goku, he came from another planet named Namek. Piccolo is one of the strongest characters in the sequel. But still, Krillin's wife is far stronger than he is. That's what Krillin is enduring for the rest of his life for marrying a woman who is a 100 or more times stronger than him, lol.
VEGETA
He is my second favorite character in the sequel and the second strongest character in the Dragonball universe. He is the prince of the Saiyan race in which Goku belonged but always one step behind Goku when it comes to power that makes him so frustrated that a mere warrior surpasses him. The prince of all Saiyan is cunning and merciless in a fight and he brings this attitude towards Goku through his words but we all know that actions speak louder than words. He never admits that Goku is his friend but yes, he is always there whenever Goku is in trouble. A cunning warrior but a loving father and husband to his wife Bulma an earthling and his children Trunks and Bulla.
Other characters
There are a lot more characters in the Dragonball universe but I just stick to those I liked most. Watching this sequel as a child made me imagine things beyond my capability. I once tried to draw my inner energy and hoping that I can convert it into a fireball replicating Kamehameha and blast all the kids that I don't like, but it is just a childhood dream.
Now that I am grown up, I still watch Dragonball. Dragonball is action-packed with a bit of comedy that you will surely love. If you dig deeper into it and not looked at it as a mere anime sequel, you will understand that there is a deeper meaning and that is:
Never give up on your dream. Keep pushing yourself beyond your limits and soon you will achieve what you are aiming for even if you found it as if it's impossible.
