If you are on the island of Flores, should stop by the Komodo National Park. This park is one of the 3 main islands located in some clusters of small islands in East Nusa Tenggara. Komodo Island is located in the administrative area of East Nusa Tenggara Province which has an area of approximately 1817 km square. On Komodo Island you will find an ancient animal that has inhabited this island about 40 million years ago, a giant kind of lizard animal named Komodo.
Komodo Island tour is currently more crowded, because this island is a tourist place where Komodo is living and breeding. Animals with a length of about 2 to 3 meters weighing up to 165 kg is a predatory animal that has patience. Although this animal includes a patient predator, but this animal in disabling prey in just one bite. To see these rare animals, you will be accompanied by the handler who became your tour guide.
To get to this Komodo National Park can be in two ways, namely by visiting it by departing from Lombok and heading to this island.
