Over the years the governments of some third world Countries have been responsible for structural backwardness of its Country,the same is the case for many African Countries and the worst of them all is Nigeria. A Country with over 170 million population making it the most populous black nation in the world. Its so sad to know that of recent animals have been accused of embezzling money public funds
A snake is alleged of swallowing 36 million Naira which when converted to USD is worth $100,000.00 and most recently a Monkey parting away with 70 million Naira which when converted to USD is worth $200,000.00
The possibility of this happening is what I kept me wondering and how people of that Country must have reacted with the news
